| Idaho Viola Camp 2009 Session 1 For violists entering 7th grade and younger who have had at least one year of playing experience July 22-24 Session 2 For violists entering 8th grade and up! July 27-31 DOWNLOAD THE OFFICIAL BROCHURE This is an extremely casual viola camp. We'll be tent camping at Ponderosa State Park, with classes taking place at the Congregational Church in McCall. Everyone is assigned 'community items' such as snacks, bottled water, tents, whatever camping gear you happen to have on hand. Session 1: $100 Session 2:$150 This includes camping, tuition, meals and recreational activities. Each day will include scale and technique classes (Hooray!) viola ensembles, solo practice time, master classes and more. There will also be traditional camping stuff like canoeing and hanging out at the lake, campfires, etc. \ Faculty includes Jennifer Drake and a team of mature college students dedicated to the vision of a fun and meaningful viola experience.
